Job Description:
Ensuring that customers receive outstanding banking services while maintaining and enhancing current important customer connections is the main duty of this position. In order to support the expansion of branch deposits and overall business, the position also entails acquiring New-to-Bank (NTB) clients.
From a financial standpoint, the worker will be in charge of fulfilling PAM targets and given KPIs while guaranteeing revenue growth and efficiently managing the operational cost budget. One of the main indicators of success will be the attainment of financial objectives, such as current account (LCY & FCY) targets, core deposit targets, NTB acquisition goals, and consumer secured/unsecured targets.
