Cotton Web Limited needs a qualified Assistant Manager for Quality Assurance in the Washing department. This job includes supervising the quality inspections and ensuring the washing procedures adhere to the company’s standards. Strong communication abilities and a thorough knowledge of shade banding and washing techniques are essential for the perfect applicant. You will manage all washing-related issues in this role, including dealing with internal and external auditors. You will also oversee a committed group of eleven experts, guaranteeing efficient operations and upholding superior standards throughout the cleaning procedure. Duties:
- Oversee and lead an 11-person team to maintain the washing department’s high standards of quality assurance.
- Oversee the creation of the washing recipe, making sure that it is consistent and follows business guidelines.
- To ensure adherence to quality standards, do comprehensive quality checks on all washing procedures and outputs.
- Work together with internal and external auditors to support and facilitate audits by supplying the required paperwork.
- Create training materials and lead team members through training sessions on washing procedures and quality assurance techniques.
- Determine trends and areas for improvement in the washing processes by analyzing and interpreting quality data.
- Based on audit results and quality evaluations, put corrective measures and quality control measures into place.
