Key Responsibilities:

The selected candidate should have the following responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee Team Leaders to ensure efficient inbound officer management
  • To maximize performance, track service levels (SL), average talk time (ATT), after call work (ACW), and auxiliary time (AUX)
  • Manage call queues and make sure calls are distributed effectively to satisfy customer demand
  • Use performance reports to spot trends, pinpoint areas for improvement, and establish concrete objectives. Increase customer satisfaction by implementing process enhancements, training programs, and customized service tactics
  • Professionally handle escalated inquiries and make sure they are resolved promptly
  • Work with internal teams, the Complaint Management Unit (CMS), and quality assurance departments to align service standards
  • Create coaching and training initiatives to promote employee engagement and career advancement
