Job Description:
Ensuring that customers receive outstanding banking services while maintaining and enhancing current important customer connections is the main duty of this position. In order to support the expansion of branch deposits and overall business, the position also entails acquiring New-to-Bank (NTB) clients.
From a financial standpoint, the worker will be in charge of fulfilling PAM targets and given KPIs while guaranteeing revenue growth and efficiently managing the operational cost budget. One of the main indicators of success will be the attainment of financial objectives, such as current account (LCY & FCY) targets, core deposit targets, NTB acquisition goals, and consumer secured/unsecured targets. Meeting goals in Banca and Wealth Management services is another need of the position, which helps the bank’s overall financial performance.
To ensure seamless and effective banking operations, the function requires acquiring experience in branch operations in addition to company growth. Working closely with internal stakeholders, such as branches, districts, regions, clusters, and cross-functional teams at the head office, is expected of the individual. Effective communication with clients and auditors is necessary for the position in order to uphold compliance and provide exceptional customer service.
