Job Description:
In order to maintain the availability of Medical Officers and Consultants in the OPD at the designated times and provide high-quality patient care, the position is in charge of coordinating with Heads of Departments and Consultants to ensure the hospital’s daily clinical operations run smoothly and efficiently.
The role also entails actively participating in operational and strategic planning to improve healthcare services by implementing new services and facilities that are intended to improve patient care. In order to guarantee the best possible outcomes for patients, the position also entails managing patient care administration in the wards and inpatient departments (IPDs), following best healthcare practices, and working in tandem with consultants and nursing services. This is accomplished via prompt coordination of patient diagnoses, skilled staff support, and routine day and evening rounds.
