1- Manager: Corporate Communication (Operations)

  • Education: An 18-year master’s degree in project management, finance, or business administration from an institution accredited by HEC.
  • Experience: At least four years of project management, marketing, or corporate communication experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and oversee plans for both internal and external communication.
  • Make sure SSGC’s brand and values are reflected in all corporate communications.
  • Assist senior management in carrying out communication initiatives.
  • Create materials, reports, and presentations for PR campaigns.

Required Skills:

  • knowledge of BPMN, Six Sigma, or Lean techniques.
  • practical experience using process visualization software such as LucidChart or Microsoft Visio.

2- Deputy Manager: Litigation (Legal Services)

  • Workplace: Depending on operating requirements, mostly in Baluchistan.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent SSGC in a variety of legal venues and courts.
  • Create and examine contracts, pleadings, and legal documents.

4- Assistant Manager: Graphic Designer (Corporate Communication)

  • Education: A bachelor’s degree in media sciences, graphic design, or a similar discipline.
  • Experience: At least two years of experience producing material for print and digital media.

Required Skills:

  • competence with After Effects, Blender, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
  • familiarity with 3D animation software such as Unity or Unreal Engine.
  • the capacity to create visually striking content for internal projects, social media, and campaigns.

5- Deputy Manager Corporate Communication (Operations)

6- Chief Manager ERP Finance 

  • Education: a Master’s degree in Commerce, Economics, or MBA (Finance) from a university recognized by HEC.
  • Experience: A minimum of 14 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee, preserve, and improve the organization’s ERP system for key financial modules
  • Improve ERP capabilities, add additional modules and features.
  • Assure the seamless operation of digital operations connected to finance.
  • Take the lead in financial systems and serve as a resource for ERP-related projects.
  • Utilize practical Oracle ERP knowledge to troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance system performance.
  • Work together with other departments to make sure ERP solutions complement overarching company objectives.

Required Skills:

  • The candidate must have worked as a functional or team lead in an Oracle ERP environment for a minimum of four years. Pertinent certifications will be favored.

7- Deputy Manager (Medical Billing & Case Management)

  • Education: MBBS from an institution recognized by PMDC, OR MBA in Hospital Management / Healthcare Management from an HEC-recognized university, OR Master’s in a related healthcare finance field with specialization in compliance.
  • Experience: Two years of minimum experience in medical billing, coding, or documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make sure that the business’s medical activities are financially sound.
  • Accurate medical billing and coding will maximize earnings.
  • Continue to abide by healthcare rules and laws.
