Job Description:
The ideal candidate will participate in every stage of Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (D365 F&O) projects as a Senior D365 F&O Developer, from the very beginning to the very end. In accordance with accepted standards, this involves planning, creating, and unit testing applications. To guarantee optimum performance, the candidate will be in charge of pinpointing areas that want development and enhancing the application’s stability.
Together with our teammates, the candidate will gather and record user requirements, make work plans, build estimates, and produce user stories. To provide a seamless transfer to the new system, you will also help migrate legacy apps to D365 F&O. You will provide solutions on schedule and under budget while upholding the ideals of high-quality development throughout the project. Additionally, you will offer business users second- and third-level support as required.
As part of your job, you will examine functional specifications for adaptations in close collaboration with business systems analysts. Functional specifications will be divided into technical designs, development tasks, and estimations, which you will then carry out through to completion. To make sure the produced solutions satisfy all functional and technological criteria, this will entail developing unit test cases and test plans, then carrying out unit testing.

To assist with project planning, you will produce thorough project documentation and work-breakdown structures. Projects will remain on course if assigned tasks are tracked, status updates are given, and risk assessments are conducted. You will use your own discretion to organize, prioritize, manage projects, and monitor progress in order to guarantee effective and on-time delivery.
In your job as a senior developer, you will direct the work of your team to complete the project successfully. As you plan, design, develop, test, and maintain desktop and web-based business applications with other software developers, business analysts, and software architects, teamwork will be essential. Skills:
- 8+ years of development experience with a focus on enterprise-level N-tier application design, development, and deployment.
- Over six years of experience developing using the Microsoft Dynamics D365 F&O platform and technology stack.
- Knowledge of managing teams using Agile, SCRUM, or Waterfall development techniques.
- Knowledge of ideas, design patterns, platforms, and tools related to common Microsoft development solutions.
- A strong focus on client service.
