Key Responsibilities:
- Create and implement an AI strategy for HR services to boost HR efficiency and provide self-service and round-the-clock assistance for our staff.
- Encourage self-service and automation innovation to cut down on human labor, reduce errors, and enhance data flows.
- Establish success measures and use data to gauge our AI strategy’s effectiveness.
- Beyond AI, find fresh ways to improve PeopleX metrics, boost productivity, and deal with operational effects via cross-functional cooperation.
- Lead XFN project teams to provide solutions and promote executive alignment on the plan, schedule, and implementation of these new projects.
- Release MVPs, conduct staged releases to iterate, provide thorough change management to encourage uptake, and oversee vendors as required.
- Oversee HR’s collaboration with Corporate Engineering, co-own a framework for setting priorities to guarantee that resources are in line with strategic objectives, and assist in gathering requirements.
- As the primary point of contact for HR clients on systems-related projects, facilitate feedback loops to keep HR leadership updated and on the same page regarding developments.
Requirements:
- Seven plus years of experience overseeing strategic HR initiatives and projects with an emphasis on AI, automation, process optimization, and system installation.
- Outstanding project management abilities with a track record of successfully navigating complex stakeholder situations.
- Excellent analytical, strategic, and problem-solving abilities, as well as expertise in utilizing data to maximize solutions and gauge success.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities, with an emphasis on influencing and bringing various groups together.
- Strong commercial and financial sense, with the capacity to evaluate ROI and match projects to corporate priorities.

Salary Details:

- Zone 2: $123,000 to $145,000 (Denver, CO; Westlake, TX; Chicago, IL)
- Zone 3: $110,000 to $129,000 (Lake Mary, FL; Clearwater, FL; Gainesville, FL)
