As a business analyst, you will supervise the full case lifecycle, guaranteeing adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) and promoting ongoing development in the service delivery division.

Operational & Case Management:

  • Manage the complete lifecycle of client cases, guaranteeing their prompt, accurate, and high-quality resolution.
  • Track older cases, keep an eye on case queues, and take proactive measures to guarantee SLA compliance.
  • Work together with vendor teams and Workforce Management (WFM) to efficiently assign and monitor cases.
  • Drive remedial action and conduct root cause analysis (RCA) on escalations.

Business Insights and Analysis:

  • Create weekly executive summaries and key performance indicator reports.
  • To find patterns, gaps in performance, and areas for development, use both quantitative and qualitative data.
  • To monitor KPIs about fraud, customer operations, and business success, create dashboards and personalized reports.
  • Give executive-level summaries on operational trends, process improvements, and important performance indicators.
  • Summarize case audit and trend analysis findings to suggest operational adjustments.

Process Improvement & Compliance:

  • Collaborate with important stakeholders to put process improvements into place that will improve business and customer outcomes.
  • To increase operational efficiency, support and/or produce documentation for procedures, policies, and training materials.
  • Work with the risk and compliance departments to find any holes and make sure that the regulations are being followed.
  • Take the lead in projects aimed at increasing agent effectiveness, decreasing resolution times, and improving case handling.

Requirements:
