Following should be the duties of the selected candidates:

Customer Service & Interaction:

  • Answer consumer questions by phone, email, or ticketing systems as the initial point of contact.
  • Provide timely, polite, and efficient support to guarantee maximum client satisfaction.
  • Answer both technical and non-technical inquiries in a clear, accurate, and thorough manner.

Technical Escalation & Troubleshooting:

  • Lead clients through the troubleshooting process to fix technical problems.
  • To identify issues, do research and analysis using our data services platform.
  • When required, escalate more complicated or unsolved concerns to senior support personnel.

Support for Administration and Operations:

  • Help the customer service team with a range of administrative duties, including creating reports, entering data, and documenting.
  • Utilize an integrated CRM/support system to handle and reply to incoming support and feature requests.
  • Work together with the MLS data compliance team to guarantee that support inquiries are handled effectively.
