Job Description:
In this role, you will provide technical support to staff and ensure the smooth operation of all IT systems and equipment. The ideal candidate should be tech-savvy, possess strong problem-solving skills, and be able to work both independently and collaboratively.
Installing, setting up, and maintaining network, software, and hardware systems as well as diagnosing and fixing IT-related problems are important duties. To maintain efficiency and security, the position also entails carrying out virus protection, backup, and system upgrade operations. Purchasing the required hardware, keeping track of IT equipment inventory, and offering technical help via several channels are other crucial responsibilities.
In addition, the IT technician will enforce security procedures, keep an eye on system performance, and work with other partners to provide third-party assistance. To improve system functionality, the candidate will also help with IT-related initiatives, including software migrations and server upgrades.
Job Requiremets:
- Two to three years of verified experience working as an IT technician or in a related position.
- Strong familiarity with computer hardware, software, and systems.
