Position: HR Officer
- Employment Type: Full-Time
- Salary: Up to 12,000 AED all-inclusive, depending on experience and qualifications

Qualifications
- Nationality: Open to Asian nationalities
- Gender and Age: Female candidates aged 25–35 years old
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
- Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a similar role. It is preferably within the banking or finance sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment and Selection: Collaborate with the HR Manager. The candidate has various divisions to manage the recruitment and selection process, ensuring alignment with company standards.
- Payroll Administration: Assist in payroll processing. Manage staff benefits, handle employee claims, and oversee end-of-service entitlements.
- Performance Management: Support the employee performance management system, including annual performance appraisals, job descriptions, individual objectives, and mid-term evaluations.
