Job Description:
The following are the key responsibilities of the applicant:
Bidding on Proposals:
- Place bids on sites like Upwork, Guru, Freelancer, PeoplePerHour, and others.
- Examine project specifications, create compelling bids, and address client inquiries.
- Create proposals and cover letters that are specific to the needs of the client.
- Keep the success rate of bids that are filed high.
Creating Leads:
- To find new company prospects, use email outreach, LinkedIn connections, WhatsApp marketing, and website lead forms.
- Participate actively in groups and communities where clients might be found.
- Keep track of the lead’s temperature (cold, warm, or hot) and adjust your next course of action.
- Organize a lead funnel and oversee CRM platforms (Salesforce, Hubspot, and Zoho CRM).
Management of Sales Funnels:
- Convert leads from various campaigns in collaboration with the marketing team.
- To guarantee conversion, nurture warm leads and follow up frequently.
- Recognize the interest levels of your leads and follow up regularly.
Communication with Clients:
- Make Google Meet or Zoom calls to learn about the project’s requirements.
- Provide project suggestions and technical capabilities understandably and convincingly.
Collaborations & Networking:
- Build commercial ties with agencies and potential clients.
- Find pertinent seminars, events, and networking opportunities by working with marketing.
Strategy & Reporting:
- Send in reports detailing lead conversions, new prospects, and overall sales performance on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Examine your proposals’ success rate and make adjustments depending on what works.
- Make recommendations for enhancing the company’s visibility on sites such as Good Firms and Clutch.

Requirements:
- Demonstrated expertise in business growth and bidding on Upwork, Freelancer, or comparable platforms for at least one year.
- Knowledge of software development services, such as cloud, SaaS, AI, UI/UX design, and web and mobile app development.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- The ability to create original proposals without using templates.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Zoho, etc.) and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Strong ability to close agreements and negotiate.
- Excellent analytical abilities to assess consumer demands, market trends, and competitive environments.
- Although a degree is not necessary, one should pursue coursework in a related discipline, such as marketing or business.
- familiarity with the fixed, hourly, and milestone-based pricing models.
- Self-motivated with an eye toward outcomes.
- The capacity to operate both alone and cooperatively in a group.
