Job Description:
Below are the responsibilities of the selected candidate:
You will support the Branch Manager (BM) in carrying out the day-to-day operations of the branch as the second in command. You play a critical role in helping the BM make sure that every operation is completed effectively. Additionally, you will make sure that all procedures are carried out in accordance with the KYC/AML policy, Foreign Exchange guidelines, and Branch Operations. Maintaining turnaround times (TATs) in accordance with the Service Level Agreement (SLA) between different departments and meeting regulatory standards are crucial.
Transactions and Customer Service:
To ensure that customer transactions are processed accurately and promptly, you will be in charge of overseeing the branch’s over-the-counter services. Your objective is to give exceptional customer service while making sure that every transaction is handled in compliance with established guidelines. To ensure client happiness and operational effectiveness, the quality of service must be in line with the SLAs throughout the bank’s many departments.
Compliance and Trade Operations:
Another crucial aspect of your job will be managing and overseeing trade operations assistance. To comply with the bank’s risk management and compliance rules, you will make sure that every procedure is meticulously followed. This involves preventing any non-compliance concerns that might occur at any level and making sure that all regulatory reports are submitted on time.
Money Laundering and Due Diligence for Customers:

Operations of General Banking:
