For the purpose of managing and improving the academic delivery of both local (Matriculation/FSc) and international qualifications (IGCSE, O/A Levels, IB, etc.), Roots International Schools & Colleges is seeking an experienced Academic Coordinator. The ideal applicant will be in charge of academic audits, curriculum development, teacher preparation, compliance, and performance enhancement throughout the educational system.

The academic coordinator is in charge of ensuring that all subjects and grade levels receive appropriate instruction in both domestic and foreign curricula. They guarantee that the curriculum satisfies the demands of foreign examination boards like Cambridge, Edexcel, and IB as well as national education standards.

To maintain quality, they routinely supervise classroom instruction, keep an eye on lesson planning, and evaluate student achievement. Through training and mentoring, the coordinator also offers teachers ongoing assistance and direction.
