Simple issues will be fixed, and customer inquiries will be addressed. The appropriate department will handle more complicated matters. You have to make sure that everything you do complies with the laws and the bank’s regulations. This involves being aware of crucial regulations such as Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML). Additionally, you will maintain accurate documentation for reports and audits.
