The ideal candidate will be a Business Development Infrastructure Services Consultant with extensive expertise and a focus on outcomes. The primary goal of this position is to promote the company’s growth by identifying new business prospects, forming strategic partnerships, and facilitating expansion in critical infrastructure areas. The candidate must to be a strategic thinker with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, solid industry knowledge, and sound business sense.
The candidate would be expected to seek new prospects in a number of infrastructure sectors, including highways and motorways, water and irrigation, renewable energy, urban transportation (including MRT and BRT), railways, and mobility and automotive. The applicant must create and adhere to successful growth and sales plans that advance the objectives of the business. One of the main duties will be to meet the revenue and profit goals by the end of 2025. Additionally, the candidate should play a key role in establishing the company’s reputation in the priority sectors.

To learn about market trends, competition activity, and possible growth areas, the ideal candidate will need to conduct research. Finding new prospects will need the use of lead generation techniques such as networking and referrals. It will also be crucial to establish and preserve positive working relationships with clients, industry connections, and business partners. The candidate will manage important accounts and act as the primary point of contact for business development initiatives. A frequent aspect of the job will include representing the company at conferences, seminars, and networking events.
Conditions and Qualifications:

Schedule of Work and Benefits:
- Hours of Work: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Saturday.
- Payment: a monthly plus a commission depending on performance.
