Responsibilities of a Technical Support Specialist
In this role, you will handle client technical support cases through phone, chat, and email. Your duties will include:
- Responding to client inquiries and resolving technical issues using the company’s online Support Desk software.
- Maintaining accurate records of support cases and timekeeping via the online system.
- Updating the company support website with helpful tech tips and instructional documents.
- Evaluating clients’ intended use of our software and recommending best practices for integration with their existing systems.
- Collaborating with other team members to evaluate and recommend improvements to the platform.
- Assisting in the creation of training materials for both clients and internal teams.
Qualifications for Success
To succeed in this role, you will need:

- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in technical support, customer service, web design, electronic forms, or a similar field.
- Ability to type at least 65 words per minute with 95% accuracy.
